David Diamond, President & CEO
David Diamond is a Master’s Level clinician and is the co-developer and current President of Strategies of Limiting Violent Episodes (SOLVE) Inc. Mr. Diamond has nearly 40 years’ experience providing direct service, consultation, treatment and training in the areas of risk mitigation, conflict resolution, aggressive, assaultive or violent behavior, and work place and personal safety.
As a former police officer and EMT, David is trained in the Assaultive Staff Action Program debriefing for staff victimized by violence from their clientele, Critical Incident Stress Management and Psychological First Aid. An extensive knowledge of Martial Arts has contributed to the evolution of the innovative and constantly evolving SOLVE Training Program.
Jonathan Diamond, COO & Lead Strategist
Jonathan Diamond graduated from Stonehill College in the winter of 2008, majoring in Criminology with a minor focus on Sociology. He began training for SOLVE Inc. shortly after graduation and has since developed a specialty in the physical techniques for self-protection included in the SOLVE curriculum.
Jonathan brings his sense of humor, love of efficiency, and attention to detail to every class and enjoys working closely with participants.
Taylor Baker, BCBA & Strategist
Taylor Baker has been a passionate, active practitioner in the field of ABA since 2015 and has been a BCBA since 2020. Throughout her time in the field, she has worked with many clients with different skillsets and challenges. She has experience in many settings - including residential, educational, home-based, and daycare - decreasing challenging behaviors of varying intensities and helping to increase independence across domains of skill deficits. She loves her chosen field and enjoys collaborating with and teaching others.
Taylor is an invaluable addition to the SOLVE team, where she will be assisting in her capacity as an experienced trainer and consultant.
